Terrain and Obstacle Data An Overview (AIS/M 051)

Objective: To provide the student with a high-level understanding of the requirements for the provision of electronic terrain and obstacle data.

Duration: 1 Day

Target Participants: Those tasked with overseeing the implementation of the requirements for Terrain and Obstacle Data contained within Chapter 10 of ICAO Annex 15.

Minimum Number of Candidates: 6

Maximum Number of Candidates: 18

Course Summary: This one-day course will provide the student with a basic understanding of the ICAO requirements for Terrain and Obstacle Data, the issues associated with this provision and the basic steps that should be undertaken to initiate implementation.
