Mileridge wins further CHAIN Activity support work

Service Level Agreements are the order of the day...

Further to the news announced on 4th August 2005, Mileridge has been awarded a further contract for support to the development of guidance material for EUROCONTROL's Controlled and Harmonised Aeronautical Information Network (CHAIN) activity.

The new task for which Mileridge is responsible is the development of guidance material for the instantiation of Service Level Agreements (SLA) between State Aeronautical Information Services (AIS) and their Data Originators. The task will see guidance material and a supporting tutorial developed before three trial implementation periods will be performed. Each of these will see Mileridge experts travel to the State AIS to lead the SLA negotiation and to support the development of the agreement.

Through wining this contract, Mileridge has cemented its reputation as a provider of high-quality consultancy in data integrity field.
