Training
Highly trained staff are one key factor in a successful
organisation. Mileridge is able to provide training for any area of its
expertise. A number of courses are however already prepared and available.
Key Benefits
All our
trainers are highly skilled in their areas of expertise. None are fulltime
trainers who only understand the theory, all are current practicing experts
and many come from current operational backgrounds within highly respected
Service Providers.
- Provide for highly trained and motivated staff
Highly trained
staff bring benefit to all concerned. Your operation will run more smoothly,
staff who are well trained are often highly motivated through the investment
made in them and your customers will enjoy the experience of dealing with
professionals.
In order to
provide the best service to you and to ensure your staff gain the necessary
understanding and knowledge from the investment made, class sizes are always
limited to ensure an efficient lecturer / student ratio. Often more than one
lecturer will be provided to ensure a high level of support.
- Help meet your regulatory requirements
Increasingly,
under regulation, there is a need for your staff to be trained. ISO 9000
required staff to be competent at the tasks they perform and to have
appropriate levels of training. The Single European Shy common requirements
bring about similar needs, as do the
EUROCONTROL Safety Regulatory Requirements (ESARR).
- Tailored to your specific needs
All our
courses are run to meet your needs and will be tailored to suit both the
level of experience existing and that to be gained. Mileridge do not believe
that 'off the peg' training offers the best customer service and value for
money.
- May be held at a venue convenient to you
It is not
always convenient to send staff on training courses away from your office,
whilst at times, traveling overseas for training may bring secondary
benefits thorough, for example, improved skills in a foreign language. Cost
is also a consideration, sending a larger group overseas for training may
not be the most economic solution. Mileridge are able to offer a number of
alternatives venues, including making use of facilities at your premises.
Through this
efficient and flexible approach to training, Mileridge believe that the
training solutions available allow for highly cost effective solution to be
offered to you.
